What we keep.
A short, plainly worded statement of what RdyGo LLC collects through rdygo.com, how it is used, and how you can change what we hold.

Who we are
RdyGo LLC is a software holding company registered in Florida, USA, with its principal office in Orlando. This policy covers rdygo.com and the marketing sites for products owned or operated by RdyGo LLC. Each product in the portfolio may publish its own product-specific privacy policy; where they do, the product policy governs that product's data handling.
References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean RdyGo LLC. References to “you” mean the person visiting rdygo.com or contacting us through the addresses on this site.
What we collect
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request metadata — IP address, user agent, timestamp, referrer, and the URL requested. We use these logs to diagnose problems and to protect the site from abuse. They are retained for no longer than 30 days unless they are relevant to an ongoing security investigation.
Email you send us. When you write to hello@rdygo.com, partnerships@rdygo.com, press@rdygo.com, or any other address on this site, we receive the message and whatever you include in it. We keep correspondence for as long as it remains useful for the relationship and delete it when it no longer does.
Cookies and analytics. rdygo.com itself does not set tracking cookies and does not use third-party analytics scripts that identify individual visitors. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated before the first deployment and the change noted in the revision history.
How we use it
To respond to your correspondence. To operate, secure, and improve rdygo.com. To meet legal and accounting obligations applicable to a Florida limited liability company. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Service providers
We use a small set of vendors to run the business — principally an email provider for inbound and outbound mail, and a cloud hosting provider for the site. These vendors process data on our behalf under their own terms and are bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not disclose the specific vendors here because the list changes; we will, on reasonable request, tell you which ones are in use.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, or request deletion where we are not otherwise required to keep it. Email the request to hello@rdygo.com from the address the information concerns, and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in a jurisdiction that grants you additional statutory rights (including the EU, UK, or certain U.S. states), those rights apply in addition to the options above.
Changes
We will update this policy when our practices change. Material changes will be reflected in the Last updated date below and, where the change affects how we handle information you have already sent us, described prominently on this page for at least 30 days after the change.
