Terms
The fine print, plainly.

Scope
These terms govern your use of rdygo.com, the marketing website of RdyGo LLC (a Florida limited liability company based in Orlando). They do not govern the products in our portfolio — each product publishes its own terms, and those terms control when you use the product. If you disagree with any part of what follows, please stop using this site.
Content and trademarks
Copy, typography, illustrations, logotypes, and original code on rdygo.com are the property of RdyGo LLC or used under licence. The name RdyGo and the RdyGo mark, along with product names in the portfolio (Vault, OpenRevKit, InvokePlane, RdyRack), are trademarks of RdyGo LLC in the United States and other jurisdictions.
You may link to pages on rdygo.com and quote briefly for review, commentary, or editorial coverage, with attribution. You may not reproduce the site wholesale, create derivative sites that impersonate RdyGo, or use the marks in a way that suggests endorsement without written permission.
Acceptable use
Use the site for its intended purpose: reading about the company, the portfolio, and the journal. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access non-public areas, scrape at a rate that interferes with other readers, or introduce malicious code. Automated crawling by legitimate search engines and well-behaved archival services is welcome.
Third-party links
rdygo.com links to third-party sites (product App Store listings, GitHub repositories, journal citations). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or terms of those destinations. A link is a pointer, not an endorsement.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the site's accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability. Journal entries, product descriptions, and comparison pieces reflect our view at the time of publication; they are not advice to adopt any particular product, and they may be edited or removed without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RdyGo LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of rdygo.com. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages arising from your use of the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of this kind; in those jurisdictions, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
